Back in town!

I'll have to keep this short and sweet for now! We just returned from a week at the Ranch, so we are exhausted and ready to collapse in bed. We had a BLAST--it couldn't have been a better vacation--and Reese did well. Her seizures actually got better while we were there (they had gone crazy in the days before we left). She did great on the plane and did not seem affected by the altitude at all, except in a positive way, possibly! So we may be moving to Colorado--ha ha.:)
The dude ranch was incredible--words cannot describe the fun, bonding, relaxation, spiritual growth we experienced. I'll post some pictures soon. It was perfect because the kids had activities all day and if Reese and I needed a break, we could go to our cabin while everyone else was still having fun. Perfect, perfect.
As for the Vigabatrin...
I have to say "God is so good!" Our Neurologist has been suggesting Vigabatrin for awhile. We thought we were ready after becoming frustrated without any good changes. If you would have asked us to make a decision Thursday of last week, we probably would have said yes. But we decided we needed a week to pray and Mario would fast (I'm still breastfeeding!) We came together and both felt strongly that we should NOT go forward with the Vigabatrin. I then got a message from our Neuro saying, after considering Reese's situation (already having some vision issues), he is feeling uncomfortable about the Vigabatrin. Wow! So happy we took the time to listen to God's direction instead of taking things in our own hands. We believe it is a definite No for now. So we are fiddling with the existing meds for now and may make some other changes next week.
Reese is great--I got a couple smiles out of her while in Colorado. She loves music and it makes her so happy and relaxed--she smiled while we were singing songs of praise to God.:)
God gave me this verse (actually the housekeepers put it on our bed in CO) and it changed my week:

Exodus 14:13, 14
"Moses answered the people, 'Do not be afraid; stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you, and you need only to be still.'""

I love EVERY WORD of that verse. It's as if it was written just for me--just for today. In context, Moses is talking to the Israelites as they see the Egyptians coming after them when they fled Egypt. The Israelites are complaining to Moses, Why did you bring us here, do this to us, ruin our lives, blah blah? Ever felt like that? Moses tells them how it is!! Then he parted the Red Sea and let them walk through.:) You know the rest...the Lord fought for the Israelites and the Egyptians drowned when the water came down on them.
